Cold Silence Portrait Photoshop Actions

I made this today... It's basically meant for portraits but go ahead and use them for whatever you want!

This says it's two actions. It was originally going to be one, but I tested the action on different types of photos and was displeased with some of the results. So I made a version of the original action that's brighter. It's best to test each action on your desired photo to see which result you like more.
